I have been a long time customer of Storage King Alexandria. All the staff are so helpful and nothing is a trouble. I recommend them for short or long term rental.
Five stars for the staff. The customer service was amazing and helpful. 1 star for the office hours. 8am-5:30pm make it all but useless on weekdays. Moving out of my home has been hell because of no evening access, so consider this when deciding if Alexandria is the right storage king for you
Like most people, storage for a period is a necessary evil. Whilst the staff were friendly, I did not get the advertised offer of first month free. When I ask why, I was told it doesn’t apply to all storage. This was my first disappointment. I did receive a 6.2% discount on the monthly storage fee and first month of insurance at no cost. However I was confident everyone is offered that. Johnathan went above and beyond for me last week. Without him I wouldn’t have been able to execute and have my item shipped from NSW to VIC. All l required was a good ear, excellent customer service and that is what I got. Thank you so much Johnathan. Great service is hard to come by these days.
