Best customer service! Great facility!
I have very few possessions. My TV and a super Mario painting were placed safely in my unit. My TV is now gone and my commissioned painting was thrown to the side and torn. I'm still paying for the unit until I find a new place. They stole and destroyed the 2 things that mattered in there anyways......

Updating review after completing our experience. The ending of the lease was a facepalm. We'd emptied our area and informed the staff with 6 days till the end of the month. We were informed that they needed 10 days notice. That was fine - I asked that they set it for the next month to be the end of it. Fast forward to the next month, I call to confirm 12 days before the end of the month, and they till me we're good to go.
