The staff is very kind, professional and prompt. I would recommend this company to any who are looking for a storage unit. When I had an issue they promptly and politely took care of the matter. Thank you very much Storage Keeper West!!
Great place to rent a storage unit the people are awesome
Used the facility for a little over a year, never had any major issues. I will warn folks though they are very strict about the 30-day notice on move out. If you notify them with less than 30 days, you'll end up having to pay for additional month. I ended up having to pay with nothing stored at the facility. First facility I've worked with that has been so strict on move out notice.
Storage Keepers West is definitely the place to put your items. The units are clean and well taken care of. The office staff is amazing. The website is easy to use making your payments very convenient.
