They raised the rate by $5 over the summer and now, less than 6 months later, they are raising the rates AGAIN!! And the units are nothing special. There are no gutters so you get dripped on 9 months out of the year. Definitely get a SOUTH facing unit because they don't salt and the snow melts off the roof and refreezes right in front of doors so a huge mound of ice developes over the winter on the north facing units; as you can see in the picture, if you want access to your property you will need an ice pick. Would not recommend, they have steadily raised there prices to almost $100 a month and have changed absolutely nothing... I left a cardboard box and told i would be charged a cleaning service fee after continuously raising their prices... there's 2 other storage units seconds aways, definitely go there...
The staff is very kind, professional and prompt. I would recommend this company to any who are looking for a storage unit. When I had an issue they promptly and politely took care of the matter. Thank you very much Storage Keeper West!!
