I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility! The entire process, from reserving my unit to moving my things in, was smooth and stress-free. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions.
We just rented a storage space at their Huber Heights location and the experience was excellent. The manager was fun to speak with, the facility is neat and clean, and our questions were answered quickly and fully. I don't anticipate any problems with the company or their representatives, but time will tell. So far I rate them an A.
