Had a storage unit with them since back in August of 2022 when the faculty was under storage express. When the extra space took over my unit went from 140 to 197 a month my neighbors had also had their bill increased with no notice of it. I’ve also went to my unit multiple times where to my discovery there was no lock and I was never notified I’d also have my lock removed and placed with their locks when I was continually paying my bill every month. Had nothing but troubles with them.

Extra Space Storage in Pontiac is a great place to store your valuables that fill up your garage instead of your car. It's clean and very secure with a fence around it. Just key in your code and the gate opens for you.

I really enjoyed the sales pitch by Sandy and she was very pleasant. I was very thorough on every detail and wrote it down. I still have that paper. 5×10 $68 2 nd month free, 10×10 $94 2 nd month free then she says 10×25 $69 a month no rate change but have to get by tomrw. I have more but you get the idea. I jumped on the offer and paid Feb, March, April,and may. June they want to charge me 139.00 yes that's double and I asked why they said I would have to talk to the manager in my area named Heather who is never available. ... read more
