Love storquest so much. I’ve been storing with them for a few years in various locations but the Hancock street location is by far the best. Sean is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Ever since storquest took it over a few years ago rent prices have skyrocketed. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean but it’s a typical corporate run business that is all about money. I loved it when it was a mom n pop ran storage facility before they took it over. Unfortunate. Three stars is generous. I’ll be looking for a new facility.
From the time I filled out a request until I got my keys and was all set up, Shawn was very attentive and so helpful! They had lots of options to choose from with different prices and sizes and layouts. I'd definitely recommend.
Sean is the man! Great attitude and character got me hooked up in record time, thank you Sean!
