Infested with rats and the only thing you can do is try and protect your stuff. Ruined my kids brand new pool even with poison and deterrence put out. Ruined a bunch of camping stuff and idk what else because I haven't dug deep enough to see

Don’t rent here! Unless you want all your belongings covered in rat feces. All this place does is want money and wont actually do anything to secure the property, they are owned by some corporate company and they literally do not care. Go rent somewhere that actually has pest control, oh and we actually found a dead rat when we had to literally trash every single piece of property we had while moving out. Lost tons of valuables and it isn’t worth talking to these people cause they are ruled by some big shot corporate entity.... read more

Disappointed is an understatement. I have been renting a unit at this location since 2020 and never had an incident until now. I was never notified of an ACTIVE rat infestation. I had to find out when almost everything I owned had to be thrown in the garbage while moving out. All of my clothing, furniture, and other sentimental items, gone. We were definitely not prepared to handle the amount of feces all over said items. When we removed the last of my stuff there was a dead rat at the bottom.
