All of the staff is great, except the manager. She is always snooping and making weird excuses for peeking in people’s unit. She tends to over-regulate the use of the facility. Keeps the place extremely clean and secure though. No people living in units or that kind of thing. This ‘No Smoking’ establishment is enforced via fines, which is nice for those who prefer not to smell smoke of any kind.
Marie and saxony were very polite and pleasant, easy to talk to and very professional. Pleasure doing business with both gals.

Awesome experience! The manager was super helpful and attentive. She walked me through all my options and helped me figure out the best unit for my needs. They have great short term specials and a moving truck for use!!
