I rented there about a month ago and did so after reading some pretty bad reviews mixed with some good reviews as well. I went in and planned on making my decision depending on the person working the front desk because alot of the negative reviews were directed at the employees working the front desk. The person that I dealt with was VERY pleasant and accommodating and it was overall a good experience.
