Whoever these new owners are, they are definitely nothing like the last couple. I was late on a payment and called to let them know that in a week I'd be paying the full amount owed. Nope, wasn't happening. They were cutting my lock the next day and auctioning in 3 days. Wouldn't even hear about me paying, in full, in a week. Was told that I could make that payment then, with a hefty $100 - $150 fee. But they'd already stated that it was being auctioned in 3 days. And I was only 2 months behind. This place has got to be the worst they opened up the wrong storage shed from a paying customer never late on her payments and auctioned everything she owns then kicked her off the property and said she couldn’t come back never put your stuff in this storage they even was exposed on fox 13 news of this incident poor lady lost all her family pictures as well shame on them

They cut the lock off the wrong storage unit and auctioned off the items, refused to reimburse the family. Fox 13 News Article.

Stay away from here! These are the most untrustworthy people you will ever meet in your life! Beware, because even if you pay on time, they'll sell your things and call it a "mistake." Even then, they won't take responsibility, only telling you to file an insurance claim.
