This place has got to be the worst they opened up the wrong storage shed from a paying customer never late on her payments and auctioned everything she owns then kicked her off the property and said she couldn’t come back never put your stuff in this storage they even was exposed on fox 13 news of this incident poor lady lost all her family pictures as well shame on them

Stay away from here! These are the most untrustworthy people you will ever meet in your life! Beware, because even if you pay on time, they'll sell your things and call it a "mistake." Even then, they won't take responsibility, only telling you to file an insurance claim.
Shame on you guys for selling someone’s sentimental values. The worst part is that you guys can’t own up to it and expect the units renter to file an insurance claim??? Maybe own up to it instead of trying to brush it off.
Shame on this company for auctioning off the wrong unit. Imagine all of your personal belongings being wrongfully sold and having to inform the lease holder that ‘we made a mistake’. How do you screw up such a simple task of verification? Absolutely abhorrent conduct, which needs to be rectified immediately. This doesn’t fall on ‘renter’s insurance’ it falls on Storage City Ogden for negligence.
