Great storage unit. Very helpful with high security
Called for info on U-Haul & she answered with hello, immediately hung up & phone just rang with no answer when I called back. Used them to move before and they were great. Not sure what happened here.
My unit was broken into and they refused to take responsibility. I lost more sentimental items than valuable. I cannot caution you more than this: go with any other company if you value your belongings.
I had my unit for the better part of 20 years. When ownership silently changed a couple of years ago, the new owners never even attempted to contact me, and after my paymentslapsed they auctioned off my unit! When I finally figured out something was off, I called in to find out and they didn’t even apologize to me. My dad has dementia and we were sharing a unit.
