THEE Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. LIES LIES LIES. The corp call center is a joke, left messages, emailed, sat on hold for an hour at a time,.... Storage Battles is a trustworthy and secure site! The process of placing a unit for auction is incredibly easy, and it is far more effective for storage managers than live auctions. It also adds convenience for buyers as they know a head of time if someone has paid off their unit. The convenience fruther stretches in to the buyers realm since they can now bid on multiple units at once instead of going from facility to facility only participating in one unit at a time. Just like any other website, there's going to be some kind of problem. However, staff at Storage Treasures, are quick to help, not always professional, but hey their human. I've been buying online for about 2 years and have gotten units at good prices. They do charge a 15% buyers premium for non pro members. I am a pro member and pay 10% buyers premium and notice the difference.
