Nice owner, clean shop. Came in to get a stabilizing jack replaced, bathroom vent fan fixed. Owner offered to do a chassis evaluation and roof inspection (I didn’t know about these services, but agreed). Bid came back at $4,000, which I felt was really high. Told him to just replace the jack. Final bill came in at $595. I was charged for jack replacement, plus all the itemized inspection time for other stuff. I cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had working with Heidi at Storage 4 Less. From the moment we first spoke with her, it was clear that she was not just doing a job—she genuinely cared.
