From the moment we first spoke with her, it was clear that she was not just doing a job—she genuinely cared. I needed a new storage unit because Public Storage was a Nightmare. I came across Storage for Less online, called them, and Heidi stayed after hours to help me get into my new unit. She made the process very stress-free. This is the best storage facility!
