I had a great experience here thanks to John. He was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful in answering all of my questions. The property itself is clean, organized, and feels very secure. Outstanding customer service all around.
John was awesome to work with. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process quick and simple. The facility is really clean too and feels safe. Definitely recommend to anybody near Boerne.
Jerry was amazing, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Hopefully I do not need storage anytime soon but if so, I will be back because of Jerry. Place is clean and accessible as well. Highly recommend.
I’ve had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure!. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with questions or special requests. In fact, Jerry helped me out one day by noticing that I didn’t put my lock back on my storage unit so he called me Immediately!
