Hello I’m new to town so let me start by emphasizing NOTTTTT to rent here. They are super unprofessional and very dirty. We arrived during the winter and needed somewhere to put our household things, my mother in law unfortunately recommended this storage unit for the prices. The prices are good but there’s a reason. Storage units in need of upkeep. Buildings look unkempt and unit I was unloading had a roof leak. Some outside stored vehicles, boats, trailers, etc looked abandoned. Not a place I would pay for.
Rented a 26’ U-Haul from them last minute and it was clean and ready to go. He also worked with me on returning the truck because it was rented as a one way but I changed to a round trip when U-Haul didn’t have the original truck I had reserved. Stor-Safe was friendly and professional
