The staff was great in assisting with our needs.
Why go to the name brand storage places, seriously they are a joke and a pain in the ass! The rates here are great, you get more space than other places, it's clean, the rates don't go up on you, and the staff is friendly! They have me as a customer for life, do yourself a favor and don't look at the other places because you will regret it and that I can guarantee!
I got lucky to rent a storage room here at the stor-room on 181st. It usually didn't have any open to rent but, conveniently one opened up. I've been renting about 4 years now and I absolutely love this place. The people are very nice & easy to talk with. They're very good about communicating & notifying you of any issues without hesitation. It's nice having an indoor facility with only 2 floors.
