I rented a spot there for a few years. When I need to up grade to a bigger spot, the process was easy. If I had questions they were answered in a reasonable time. For me it was a convenient place to park a trailer. I would be staying longer, but my job is moving me out of state. Thanks
If you like rent prices going up every 6 months then by all means rent a spot here.
We just got a unit here for our boat and this location is clearly not maintained. We went to the location and was told we have to have updated reg and insurance, the boat has to fit in the space with nothing hanging out, etc. Which I agree with, but once you get on the property, what a mess! There is vehicles that haven't seen the light of day in years "stored" here. Half the boats/RV's have expired plates, flat tires and the trash everywhere is gross.
