Had a storage unit broken into and things stolen and now disheveled. Looking at other storage units, it appears others have been broken into from the bent deadbolts. Horrible customer service, too. Very rude.

Everyone was very nice. I was surprised by the extra $10/ month for ins, but it’ll come off when I bring in my homeowners policy. So that should be ok. Prices can’t be beat!
