I really don't know how I'm giving them one star because we got stolen 3 times and we reported to the management they just said camaras doesn't work but they know who's the people who are open units, I don't recommend this storages units.
StorMor Santa Ana is clean, safe and easy to access. We were there for several years. No one on-site to assist when problems occur any longer, however it was always difficult to get something fixed. No one ever showed up when promised to fix a problem I had 2 weeks ago but I rated 4 stars because overall we had a good experience. I recommend.
