They threw out my belongings before my lease was up because they had already rented out the unit to another person. They were double dipping. Your items are not safe there. They did not replace my loss. I had moved most everything out a week early except for the stand that keeps my canoe off the ground because it wouldn't fit in my car. When I came back for it it was gone and the storage unit was empty. My lease had not expired yet. You can really tell this place is family owned, great facility and customer service.
I have stored my goods here for over 10 Years without any issues, in fact, the managers are always kind and helpful when i go in to pay my bill. Facility is always really clean, and I have compared rates to neighboring storage facilities every other year, and they always have the best prices. I recommend this place to everyone needing storage!!!
Horrible!!! Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The manager is rude has a terrible attitude and will treat you badly. I would NEVER do business with this storage facility. With so many options, do you want to risk dealing with such a loose cannon? Remember, he has control of your most valuable possessions. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
I enjoyed my stay with Stor-It! The managers made it easy and the prices were to good to be true!
