The lady I spoke with was very helpful, she even told me about a promotion if I rented my unit on line. Was willing to walk me thru the steps if needed (but the website is set up in a way that makes it extremely easy to navigate).
Had to get a storage unit at the last minute Website was super helpful and easy to use. Got a deal for a free month, I would totally recommend this storage service
