BEWARE.... BEWARE!!!!! This place has the rudest managers here. They're habitual liars & complete hot heads. Try AA NEW STORAGE around the corner. AA NEW STORAGE is less expensive, longer gate hours, access is everyday including holidays, very clean, water tight units, multiple clean working carts available, NO CHARGE to use the on site moving van, An exceptionally knowledgable and friendly manager, Kathy. No problems at all... I have had my stuff there for 6 months and have not experienced anything even remotely what the reviewer below states. I also recommended this place to a friend and he has no problems with them either.
DON'T RENT HERE... I agree with the "Beware" Reviewer. STAY AWAY from this storage unit. I did try AA New Storage on Whittier Avenue and the thin lady with the long hair was super friendly and knew her stuff when it came to the size of unit I needed. It's true that AA New Storage is much CLEANER AND LESS EXPENSIVE. YAHOO!!
Extra Storage-Redwood City is reliable Three families put our things together and have it in storage and never have had a problem. We go there every few months for something and it's been secure and untouched every time.
