BEWARE.... BEWARE!!!!! This place has the rudest managers here. They're habitual liars & complete hot heads. Try AA NEW STORAGE around the corner. AA NEW STORAGE is less expensive, longer gate hours, access is everyday including holidays, very clean, water tight units, multiple clean working carts available, NO CHARGE to use the on site moving van, An exceptionally knowledgable and friendly manager, Kathy. No problems at all... I have had my stuff there for 6 months and have not experienced anything even remotely what the reviewer below states. I also recommended this place to a friend and he has no problems with them either.
DON'T RENT HERE... I agree with the "Beware" Reviewer. STAY AWAY from this storage unit. I did try AA New Storage on Whittier Avenue and the thin lady with the long hair was super friendly and knew her stuff when it came to the size of unit I needed. It's true that AA New Storage is much CLEANER AND LESS EXPENSIVE. YAHOO!!

If you are disabled in any capacity, you can rest assure that you are not welcomed here. Managers Marty and Patti have a total reckless disregard for the ADA Laws and auxillary use of Service Animals. If you are use to BULLIES and feel that the disabled are second class citizens, then you will feel right at home here. There motto: "We're going to evict you for bringing your Service Dog onto the property"
I can't believe after giving this company my hard earned money for over 15 yrs. the employees are soooo unbelievably RUDE!!!! It just so happens I travel for work and unaware my credit card had expired with them I received a phone call.No problem I faxed my info right back.Two weeks later a get a call and I am told they never received my fax.The woman her name Priscilla told me she couldn't wait five min. for me to get my credit card info to her she had to go on her 2 hour lunch.All I wanted to do was give them my money.They... read more
