I needed a spot for my boat and I quickly had a spot at a fair price. I greatly appreciate the customer service.
Staff was very responsive to my needs. Facility well maintained. Lack of ability for clearance of support front post reason for 4 stars instead of 5
Friendly, efficient, not high pressure upsells and most importantly to me… I spoke face to face with a real person.
When I called it was answered promptly and courteously. I was helped to find a unit that met my needs, and to pay a prorated rent on the phone. Later, when I stopped by to sign the rental agreement, the business got done in a reasonable way. The units are rented month to month, which was also convenient.
