When I called it was answered promptly and courteously. I was helped to find a unit that met my needs, and to pay a prorated rent on the phone. Later, when I stopped by to sign the rental agreement, the business got done in a reasonable way. The units are rented month to month, which was also convenient.
The manager was very nice and the storage space is clean
Ken has great customer service. And is very helpful. Store itself storage is very clean. Love the 24 Hour access.
