They charge and claim to sell you insurance on your property. Someone broke into multiple units here and when it came time to file claims they said the insurance was dropped that they no longer have insurance yet still collected

Someone took my storage unit door off and I didn’t notice til I was going on vacation. Derek and and managers didn’t give a refund for at least one month for my items being exposed. I don’t know how long the door was taken down and no one informed me of any door replacement. Plus they took insurance off without me knowing it. Have items stored here and everything's been ok so far but I'm worried whether my unit will be broken into or not due to the management not taking action and not checking the property.

This place is a horrible place to rent from I have been completely rob for everthing that i have from this company they tell u to purchase the insurance and they will take it off with out knowing......pls do not rent from them
