I am not one to complain often, as I know how customer service can be and how stressful it can be on the employees. However, I really just can’t get over how every time I come to this location I am treated with complete disregard from the individuals sitting at the front. I almost feel guilty that I am sick. It’s one thing to be professional but I shouldn’t feel like I’m the issue in a literal urgent care.

Whoever the old black lady named Alicia is needs to be re trained or fired.. screwed my screening up completely.
