I went to stopwatch urgent care in Phenix City AL for a laceration on my arm. The staff was great and sutures were put in. Since I was from out of town I went by their office to see if they were ready for removal. One of the staff came to the desk to look and confirmed they were not ready. I jokingly asked if there would be a charge for this since they told me on my initial visit that there would be no charge for removal since I already paid my copay. You must have a referral on some insurances to go here and they do not tell you that so you end up with a huge bill.

DO NOT USE TELEMED!!! They give you an appointment time and tell you to check in at the front desk. Hello this is a virtual site. No links. They do ask you to register which you click on, give all your personal information but then you do not receive a pin or any further directions to check in. They then cancel your appointment because you did not check in. You cannot reply to texts or the email confirmation of your appointment. There is a number to call for questions. No one answers it.
