After reading many reviews on Yelp I decided to see Allen to stop smoking. I smoked for over 25 years and never thought I could quit. I had a 2 pack a day habit and it was costing me too much. Allen was so nice and he made me feel really comfortable. He helped me to manage my stress and learn ways to cope with my fear and urges. It worked! It was not as hard as I thought and I’m happy to be a non-smoker now for 6 months.
I have been a smoker for over 20 and never thought I was able to stop. I saw the great reviews on Yelp for Allen and gave him a call. The hypnosis really was a miracle, because my desire to smoke vanished and now I'm so much more happy without smoking in my life. I would highly recommend Allen Sidwell to anyone serious about quitting smoking.
