I picked up my prescription this morning, and I have to admit, the experience left me feeling quite uneasy. The woman working at the pharmacy never seems to smile or express any gratitude, which creates a cold and uncomfortable atmosphere. In my opinion, a company as large as Stop & Shop should provide customer service training to ensure that customers feel valued and respected, rather than like an inconvenience. 11/1/24 at 9:55 Went to S&S Seafood, clerk told me he wasn't open for another 15 minutes. Went to customer service to ask what time seafood dept opens, was told open now. I explained what I just experienced and ask she tell the manager. No wonder why so many stores are closing.
I just wanted to thank manager Bobby and Corey in the meat department for handling my prime rib debacle they saved our Christmas dinner by finding us a whole prime rib. Thank you for all your help.
I was in on 11/18/ 2023 around 130PM and when I went to check out the bagger walked away and I had to bag my own groceries the guy was over at customer service just talking to another employee about personal issues which is wrong. If there are customers in line you take care of them first before your own personal business. The cashier was excellent as she always has been. I have never had issues with any of the cashiers
