2 hours late. "Quoted" 5 hours of labor. Job took half the time, so the rest was $200 for driving time. Spoke over me speaking, while discussing bill. Said the job was a favor to the person who recommended them. Although I have zero affiliation with the company that recommended him. Was gracious enough to take 30 minutes of labor off my bill.
