This place is a freaking joke. In for a pm (fluids only) that has taken so far 8 hours and other maintenance issues. Techs worked on truck maybe for 2 hours if lucky. This place is notorious for not doing their job or pushing work off saying oh we didn’t have time to do it. Well they would of had time if the employees did their job and not BS on the floor and talk on their cell phone all day
This is by far the worst place to go for parts or for service they will say they did work that they did not do and don't take a part back it will take them 4 weeks to get your money back
Had a very pleasant experience there at the end of last week! James and Jim went over and beyond to get me moving with a time sensitive piece on! I really appreciated the service!
Been here 2 days waiting on brakes was told I would be pulled into shop at 3 it's now 8 they close at 12 so I'm probably gonna be here till tomorrow night if they don't hurry up and pull me in.
Very nice people service was fast and parts counter is great but busy.
For some reason, these people can't (or won't) pick a phone up to return a call. We have never once had work done here that hasn't had to be returned, we've never had a good experience here and we're sick to damn death of it. We've notified corporate, no one seems to care there either. My only recourse is to continue to make it as publicly known as possible that Stoops doesn't give two cat craps about whether or not the customer is satisfied, nor are they able to master using a telephone.
Had a very bad experience there with an employee by the name (Chris) they ruined my current clutch adjustment with an Express Assessment process and could not get it back the way it was before I brought the truck in, this ended with me paying a $1000+, babysitting the process for 12+hrs and leaving with my truck worse off then when I came, having to take it to another shop to get the remaining work done for my truck clutch to operate properly.
