I had a very odd experience here with the manager. I came in wanting to receive a quote on my car door. I was hit in a parking lot but already received the insurance check and was just trying to find someone to fix it. The man refused to give me a quote and continued talking about how I would pay. Me made me feel stupid for asking for a quote and kept saying “ you do know you pay after ?”. Asking for a quote before handing my car off to someone is a completely reasonable ask. They're very polite and seem to know what they're doing. But only a few months after I had my vehicle worked on and fixed due to it being backed into in a parking lot... Something made two popping sounds driving down the road and my driver's side window just completely fell. Was off track and I couldn't do anything with it.
