Took my daughter here to have her adenoids checked. They never used the scope on her. Only checked her ears and mouth after I complained about her having trouble breathing and gasping for air at night. McLaughin ordered a sleep apnea test even though I asked once more for her to be scoped so they can check her adenoids after night of difficulty breathing. Low and behold we took her to another ENT who scoped her and performed an audio test to find a 90% blockage and scheduled her for surgery. Also her ears contained fluid. I ... read more
My son had a rough recovery after the tonsil and adenoid removal procedure and was in a lot of pain. Parents research the procedure prior and ask questions. Dr. Doody is nice and has a good bedside manner, but only saw him on the day of the procedure. Any aftercare were other members of his team.
Absolutely unprofessional , NP wad very rude
I feel terrible for everyone who had a bad experience. My 2 sons, soon to be 3 had surgery with Dr doody, he’s incredible. He has great bed side manners and he’s extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand everything that will happen with my children.
