It was a pleasant experience. Clean, updated facility. Customer service/friendly staff. The doctor was patient and more than willing to explain my procedure multiple times to myself and my spouse (over the phone) to make sure we fully understood what was about to take place.
Absolutely a great clean place that gives great service, but is more than efficient/effective in taking care of its patients. The staff is friendly and complements to any situation. This place is a Gem to the community.
Extremely Terrible Service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH DR. REGINALD BAKER, long wait time despite having a scheduled appointment. my first appt i waited for over 45mins and the second one I waited for over two hours and didn't see him so i left. Very rude towards his staff. Never Listens to Staff advised in regards to the patients complaints, All he is about is to bill the Insurance companies. He over charged me about $210 and he's yet to refund my money so i filed a claim with attorney general office and comsumer protec... read more
Dr. Baker and his staff are purely professional. Treat you like family and work with you in order to deliver excellent service. Black owned, HBCU, level of excellence.
I was really nervous about going to a new dentist ..but once I started to fill the paperwork out the lady at the front desk was so nice made me smile and laught while I was in a lot of pain..an once I got to the back to get checked on the DR was very respectful gave me information on things that I never knew.. I really like going to this dentist
