Perfect, explains everything in detail
somewhat surprised that I was seen only be a PA and not a doctor. The PA proscribed the medication and made the diagnosis
Both the Resident and Doctor provived detailed explanations in a thorough and clear manner. They were informative and pleasant throughout the visit. The nurse did an excellent intake assessment and was also very pleasant!
Customer service operators for this department are rude and not helpful. If someone calls stating that the hospital wants a patient to be seen the same day due to a serious issue, and your operator refuses to give a same day appointment - then I understand why your rating is so low. DO NOT CALL THEM if you need assistance.
