The place is a nightmare 2 hour and a half waiting for the time to do the study the supposed doctor "they don't even know how to use the machine.

I have gone twice now. They have been fantastic, professional and comforting. The people at the front desk to the tech that gets you to the provider doing the procedures. Excellent patient care in my book. Would'nt want to go anywhere else.

The lady at the desk was rude, disrespectful, arrogant and unknowledgeable. She had zero listening capability. The patient needed a specialized ultrasound but she rudely did not even allow the patient to speak. She wasted so much time in just uttering completely unnecessary general information at the patient that the patient never needed, and the patient already knew.
