In typical stony brook fashion, you're told you'll get a call the night before with a time and... still no call the day of. I always regret anything I get done via stony brook cause it's always packed with BS. Terrible hospital system.
Why bother filling out all that paperwork when you don't even look at it? Immediate signal that you don't trust the patient. Condescending PA. I will now refuse to get surgery at Stony Brook rather than deal with them again.
