I called at 2:05pm, the answering message says that their phones are closed from 1pm-2pm for their lunch, all calls are answered by a call service which takes messages. I called again at 2:20, 2:30, and finally at 2:40 I asked the call service how I can speak with reception because I have been calling for 40 minutes...
