Very professional and concerning
Called with a simple question if they do a particular nerve block. It's a rare procedure that only some doctors do. I was told they couldn't answer that and I would need to make an appointment and come in to the office. Not to find out if I was a candidate for the procedure, no this is just tell me if they do it. Been a consistent patient here for 3 years now and have given me about 20 treatments in total yet they can’t even diagnose what is causing my pain which is worse than when I started here. They will inject random parts of your body and hope it takes your pain away yet won’t spend 10 minutes trying to figure out what is actually causing your pain.
