Very professional and concerning
Called with a simple question if they do a particular nerve block. It's a rare procedure that only some doctors do. I was told they couldn't answer that and I would need to make an appointment and come in to the office. Not to find out if I was a candidate for the procedure, no this is just tell me if they do it.
