I wish I can give NO stars. I am so disgusted by the unorganized staff. I made my appointment in advance. I gave them my FULL insurance information and said to make sure EVERYTHING is covered before I arrive so my time is not wasted. They even had me REGISTERED for the appointment and ready to go. When I arrived they turned me away and said they don't take my insurance. They HAD EVERYTHING they needed to determine if I was good. I've had so many bad experiences now with the service and care. I had an appointment tomorrow and it was canceled because the message to confirm was sent to an old number. I have asked since my second pregnancy to change the number, this is my third, and for some reason no one knows how to delete it from my profile. I'm so close to my due date that I can no longer change providers. I can't wait to have my baby and never have to come back to any of the stony brook obgyn locations.
Never have a problem with these people. Super friendly and just good folks.
