I had a fetal MRI at SB Imaging in Riverhead and I am truly floored with how great the staff is! The women at the front text were personable and welcoming as soon as I walked in. I was nervous, but they had me laughing, which was great. I had my MRI with Rainy, and she was absolutely wonderful. I don’t handle MRIs well at all (I’m super claustrophobic) but she was so kind and patient, and she was willing to do whatever it took to make me comfortable. Their services are good HOWEVER to schedule an appointment via phone they keep you on hold forever (you are caller # 11) This is unacceptable. They need to do the call back when it's your place in line . That way you don't have to spend 45 minutes or more to finally have that 1 person they have making appointments talk to you. Stoneybrook customer disservice!!!

I had an appointment with Stonybrook Advanced Imaging Lab for a bone density. The office is clean and very organized. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, personable and efficient. You are made to feel welcomed. My exoerience was exceptional. There is ample parking and easy accessibility to the office which is on the main floor.

Can not get a hold of anyone on the phone to schedule appointments or for questions about your appointment. Good luck spent 40 minutes on hold.

had several images there.. Very kind, considerate, professional and personable. My ultrasound showed a lot of things that my previous one at Zwanger Pesiri did not and I am talking about five days in between. Thank you Stony Brook professionals..
