While I do like the doctors in this office, the amount of time you have to wait to be seen for a scheduled appointment is unreasonable. I don't understand why in this day and age, they can send multiple reminders (phone, text and email) about your scheduled appointment time, but can't manage to let you know they are running late even once you are face to face.
