My past experience was excellent however I am writing a review based upon my current hold time. I have been on hold waiting to make an appt for 44 min. When I first called I was caller number 22. After 44 min I am caller number 2. This is absolutely unacceptable. Hire more people to answer phones and make appts!!!!

This imaging facility Should have 5 STARS All the way. I had a doctor's appointment and needed several X-rays. I knew 100% that I would have to schedule them and go back, You never have to wait too long to get x-rays done. So I made my way downstairs to imaging and showed them my "Doctor orders" for X-rays. There were about 4-5 patients in the waiting room, late morning on a busy Fri. I was taken back by the reception is asking if I'd like to get the 3 x-rays now or schedule it. I said YES! Excellent Nurse and technician staff at the Commack NY Imaging center - keep doing what you are doing Alysha!!
Can not get a hold of anyone on the phone to schedule appointments or for questions about your appointment. Good luck spent 40 minutes on hold.
