These people were amazing with my daughter! I've been coming here for the past year now since she was born. I've never had any issues.
This review is for Katie I do believe she is at this facility, So I am going to say while I am never thrilled with this pediatric office Katie made all the difference in the world. Katie went above and beyond for an issue that was extremely urgent. She stepped in stepped up and went above and beyond. My god.........thank you Katie. You are truly an asset here. I honestly hope they realize and recognize you for all the good that you do
If I could 0 stars I would. We tried to give this office a fair shot as it is so close to my home and affiliated with the hospital, however we have yet to have a positive experience. We’ve waited upwards of an hour, or more to be seen by the doctor, and then the doctor rushes to get out of the room to the next patient. My daughter is 3.5 months old and they gave absolutely zero priority to the fact that she’s a literal baby. They make you keep the baby undressed between the nurse and the doctor and every time I’d give up and... read more
