Renters beware. While there were some great things about living as stonington farms, the new management company, Chelsea Management has been a nightmare to work with upon move out. They have been consistently rude, unprofessional, bordering on outright disrespect. There is absolutely no interest in solving my outstanding issues following move out. I would classify their behavior as bordering on felonious.
