Gregory one of the best & attentive bartenders in town. Service was very good. I had a 6 oz filet mignon (it looked like 3 or 4 oz - we were formerly in the industry.) I didn't say anything but should have. My husband really wanted a porterhouse ---- but guess what? They don't have it! If you're from the NE (like many more of us are) you need to have porterhouse. He was disappointed & went with the prime rib which was good but had his heart set on porterhouse. Let us know when you get it. We thought like up North every steak... read more
I recently had my annual Christmas Party at St. Germain .... 156 people !!!! Now get this ,,,, seriously ,, get this people ......Not 1 ,,, I said it ,,, Not 1 single complaint !!!! Enough Said
They really messed up our simple order. We arrived relatively early for New Year’s Eve so it is quite a disappointment.
I live in Naples Florida where most restaurants will give you excellent Customer Service. But this place needs better service. I spoke to the manager of the place and i hope for all future customer they can fix those issues. Attention to detail is a must, and the last time i went there the Kitchen staff and the waiter just got so many things wrong.
Going back to try the prime rib....we only had a taste of it because they ran out!
