The food was great very hot when it came out! And the steaks were perfect!!
smoked chicken, beef brisket sandwich, turnip greens and mac n cheese are amazing !!! Been there 3 times and all during their busy lunch time and service to dine in and take out was excellent. No complaints at all !

Wellll... guess we went for our first time at the wrong time. Chili tasted like hormel's with extra meat.... kept running out of drink. Waited and waited. Finally got a delicious steak that was mostly fat, didnt know that I had to choose between a small salad or baked potato. thought I got both. Wrong. Hubbys loaded baked potato was good. Service was lousy. Took asking the 4th person to get a to go box to bring home the steak fat in for the cats. Dont think we'll be going back very soon.
Excellent BBQ
I know now why the parking lot is always hard to get into at dinner time. We ate tonight and I also now understand why they don't give you a knife. The brisket was tender and tasty. No sauce needed. The pulled pork and smoked sausage were also top notch. I would put their meat above any other barbeque restaurant in Mobile. Reminds me a lot of the old JR's Barbeque in Mobile.
