This place sucks! they tell you " yes you can park anywhere when you are unloading your trucks while you are moving " this sounds great right Hell No these Mother F's called a tow truck and had our truck towed
wow... should have read these reviews before moving in 😳 this place truly is really, really ghetto from some of the office staff to the actual units and tenants. I've not once been to another property whose staff literally laugh and gets "attitude" over their broke down units. we are now past 24 hours in record breaking high temps with NO AC. It was literally taken out of my unit and a few staff members are too ignorant to know that is illegal. this is going over their heads and pay grade but telling them you or your child ... read more
All but 2 of the staff are worthless. Break ins to cars, white trash neighbors that take longer than it should to be dealt with, fighting over assigned parking, twice they wanted to dispute the lease and rent, months to fix a washer a week to fix dry wall, they never give you mail from other days unless you specifically say there is more than one. My first year no problems, no issues no concerns. My lease was going to up in March 2019. In December of 2018 I spoke with one of the leasing agents about possibly downsizing from a two bedroom to a one bedroom. He states there would be no problem he just need to get approval from the manager. The leasing agent showed me a one bedroom apartment and quoted me a price. 2 weeks went by, I had left several messages w the leasing agent I felt like he was giving me the run around...Continue Reading

So much for caring about what your tenants have to say informed management that the air conditioner wasn't working correctly I'm sensitive to heat and I can't sleep it's almost 80 degrees in the apartment and I have no screen on the bedroom window to crack it open don't need mosquito eating me and my wife and poor dog alive and I don't even have a screen door for my patio and I've complained about these issues before. My far the worst staff with the exception of Trevor. They give notice violations for maintenance tickets you submit and mark them complete when the work hasn't been done. They also wait a week to give violation notices so they can charge you 25$ daily 24 hrs from the violation notice date. smh. I don't recommend this apartment complex no matter how desperate you maybe.
