My son and family were visiting from Knoxville TN yesterday. We decided to return to Stoney Knob Cafe for lunch and the Stoney Knob folks did not let us down! We each chose different entrees: Seafood Jambalya, a Reuben Sandwich, Chicken Marsala, and a "mile-high" stacked hamburger.
