We went for lunch today and I had the salmon saute over rice with a wonderful sauce, the carrots, zucchini and onions in the rice were cooked perfectly and still had a fresh crunch. Claude had the chicken marsala over mashers, I tasted it and it too was wonderful. A true Weaverville Gem!

This was my first time at Stoney Knob Cafe. I ordered a Greek house salad that was delicious! I asked our waitress for recommendations and I chose crab cakes w/ asparagus. I think the crab cakes were the best I had ever had! Awesome experience! We will definitely be back!
Excellent staff and wonderful food! The rooms are very different and you need to take time to appreciate the eclectic décor.
I was visiting from out of town... my waitress made me feel right at home... excellent service... and the food was AWESOME!
RecommendedThis place is amazing! We on a whim decided to have lunch here and were blown away with the quality of our meal. So much that our more expensive dinner that night in Asheville failed in comparison. We will be coming back to try more dishes.
Can't believe at 5 pm that the wait was 3 hours...12 total cars in the parking lot. Arrogant host asked if we had reservations, we said no and he looked at us like we were lost. I counted 6 tables and the entire bar was empty. Will never return and will never recommend this overrated 50's looking shack to anyone. Terrible!!!
My friends and I come to SK every August when we are in town. It is hands down the best restaurant for food, ambience and service. The moment you walk in the door, your warmly greeted and comfortable. Every dish is delicious and freshly prepared and the menu is diverse and creatively fun. Recommend you don't miss this sweet spot or the chocolate mousse!!
