RecommendedLOVED Stoney Knob! My husband and I shared a meal here and loved the quaint decor and atmosphere. The food was amazing! Also felt the need to share some love since SO MANY on here have provided negative recommendation based on someone else’s one sided experience and no actual experience of their own. Love Stoney Knob! We go often with large family groups. Most recently they accommodated us for a party of 17, 7 of which are children.
Fantastic restaurant, our must stop place when we come to the Asheville area! Food is amazing and service is excellent. I have tried many menu items and have never been disappointed. Creative menu, wonderful brunch and family friendly! I tell all my friends to go to Stoney Knob when they are in the area and they have and love it too!!

This is our favorite date night spot in town and a place where we are always sure to bring out-of-town guests, especially for Sunday brunch. With a great atmosphere, friendly service, a delicious and varied menu, ample parking, and handicap accessibility, Stoney Knob is a true gem.
I love dining at Stoney Knob Cafe. If you haven’t tried it you are missing out on fine dining at it’s best.
One of my very favorite places to eat anywhere! Staff, owners provide tip notch service and the food choices are top chef inspired and delicious! Not to be missed!
